CONDITIONS OF BOOKING. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Cat cat View Hotel does NOT require guests to make any advance payments for rooms.
We do NOT take credit card payments via the Internet
We DO ask all guests to confirm/cancel their booking by telephone or email at least 24 hours in advance of their arrival.
If we do not receive notice of confirmation/cancellation, we RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ALLOCATE YOUR ROOM TO ANOTHER GUEST.

Do you require train station pick-up @ $3 per person? Please inform us the time of departure of your train from Hanoi so our mini-bus driver is ready to collect you from the train station in Lao Cai

Do you require soft-sleeper/4-berth train ticket (Hanoi - Lao Cai) booking and deliver to your hotel in Hanoi at a cost of $35 per person? Please inform us of the name and address of your hotel in Ha Noi, and also the date and time that we can deliver ticket to you.
