CONDITIONS OF BOOKING. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Cat Cat View Hotel does NOT require guests to make any advance payments for rooms.
We do NOT take credit card payments via the Internet
We DO ask all guests to confirm/cancel their booking by telephone or email at least 24 hours in advance of their arrival.
If we do not receive notice of confirmation/cancellation, we RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ALLOCATE YOUR ROOM TO ANOTHER GUEST.

Train Station Pick-up: Lao Cai - Sa Pa

Current prices are per person, one-way Lao Cai (train station) – Sa Pa (hotel) by bus/mini-bus and in Vietnamese Dong. Return tickets to Lao Cai train station can be booked directly from the hotel.

Train Ticket Booking

Current prices are per person, one-way Hanoi – Lao Cai, in 4-berth soft-sleeper compartment in US dollars. Tickets can be delivered to hotel or private addresses in Hanoi. Please advise us of your address when booking. Return travel can be booked directly from the hotel in Sa Pa.

Do you require train station pick-up @ 50,000 VND per person? Please email us in advance of the time of departure of your train from Hanoi so our mini-bus driver is ready to collect you from the train station in Lao Cai.

Do you require soft-sleeper/4-berth train ticket/s (Hanoi - Lao Cai) and delivery to your hotel/residence in Hanoi? Tickets cost $35 and $38 (best train). Please inform us of the name and address of your hotel/residence in Ha Noi, and also the date and time that we can deliver ticket/s to you. You will be required to pay the full ticket fee on delivery.
